The project achieved measurable sustainability outcomes, delivering 20.51% energy savings, 81.18% water savings, and a 99.96% reduction in embodied energy in materials. Sustainahaus served as the EDGE Auditor, supporting the certification process and ensuring the project met EDGE performance requirements, reinforcing its commitment to resource-efficient and sustainable office development.
