Fitwel is the preferred health certification system for real estate investors, REITs, and institutional asset owners seeking scalable, cost-efficient wellness credentials across their portfolios. Unlike more documentation-intensive standards, Fitwel's streamlined 63-strategy framework enables rapid certification across multiple assets — making it ideal for portfolio-wide ESG health reporting, GRESB submissions, and investor disclosure requirements. Sustainahaus's certified Fitwel Ambassador provides end-to-end support for single-asset and multi-asset certification across Indonesia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

Fitwel Certification
Fitwel is a building certification system that promotes occupant health and well-being through evidence-based design and operational strategies. Buildings are rated on a scale of 1 to 3 stars, based on the number of points earned out of a possible 144. These points are determined by how well a project meets the 63 Fitwel strategies, each weighted according to its impact on health outcomes. A minimum of 90 points is required to achieve certification.
