Asia Green Real Estate strengthened the transparency and credibility of its GRESB Real Estate submission by engaging an AA1000AS-licensed third-party assurance process for the environmental data of five projects. GRESB is a globally recognised benchmark for evaluating ESG performance in real assets, and obtaining external assurance reflects Asia Green’s commitment to robust, accountable, and high-quality sustainability reporting. Sustainahaus supported this process by reviewing supporting documentation, verifying calculations and data related to energy, water, greenhouse gas emissions, and waste, and issuing an assurance statement in accordance with the AA1000 Assurance Standard Type 1 at a moderate level. This engagement assessed Asia Green’s adherence to the AA1000 accountability principles of Inclusivity, Materiality, Responsiveness, and Impact, reinforcing the company’s position as a transparent and responsible sustainable real estate investor.
