We're looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team and help drive the growth of sustainability consulting services across Indonesia and the Asia-Pacific region.

As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with our President Director to identify new business opportunities, support proposal development, conduct market research, and contribute to strategic initiatives that advance sustainable development and green building practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and industry research to identify business opportunities and emerging sustainability trends.

• Support lead generation and business prospecting through various channels.

• Assist in preparing proposals, capability statements, presentations, and other business development materials.

• Monitor government and private-sector tender opportunities relevant to Sustainahaus' services.

• Maintain and update databases, business pipelines, and client trackers.

• Support the planning and execution of webinars, events, and business development initiatives.

• Contribute ideas to strengthen Sustainahaus' market positioning and service offerings.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, Management, Marketing, or other related disciplines.

• Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Excellent analytical, research, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

The following will be considered an advantage:

• Previous internship or organisational experience in business development, consulting, and sales.

• Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, green buildings, or climate-related initiatives.

• Familiarity with proposal writing, market research, or tender monitoring.

• Experience using Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
