Developed by Swancity in collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate Residence, Daisan achieved EDGE Preliminary Certification from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainable residential development. The project delivers outstanding performance, achieving 39.5% energy savings, 32.75% water savings, and a 52.75% reduction in embodied energy, significantly exceeding EDGE’s minimum 20% efficiency requirements. Sustainahaus was appointed as the EDGE Auditor during the design phase, supporting the certification of all four residential types and contributing to the project’s successful certification in early 2021.
