The mixed-use Arboretum Centre achieved EDGE Advanced Final Certification, delivering exceptional performance with 100% energy savings, 85% water savings, and a 58% reduction in embodied energy compared to conventional developments. Sustainahaus served as the EDGE Auditor for both the Preliminary and Post-Construction stages, supporting the project’s successful certification and demonstrating how nature-based solutions and high-performance green building strategies can be integrated to create resilient, future-ready developments.
