About the Role

As part of the Green Building Team, you will support sustainability assessments, green building certification processes, research, documentation, and project delivery for a wide range of buildings and developments. You will work closely with consultants, project teams, clients, and industry stakeholders to help advance sustainable building practices in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Support green building certification projects (GREENSHIP, EDGE, LEED, BGH, and other relevant frameworks)

• Assist in collecting, reviewing, and analysing project data and technical documentation

• Conduct sustainability research and benchmarking

• Support site visits, building assessments, and project evaluations

• Prepare reports, presentations, calculations, and certification submissions

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders

• Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture preferred; graduates from Engineering disciplines are also welcome to apply

• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Green Building tools

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines

• Strong interest in sustainability, green buildings, and climate-related initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in green building certification projects is highly preferred, including but not limited to:

• EDGE

• GREENSHIP

• BGH

• LEED

• Other relevant sustainability certification frameworks

Professional credentials are an advantage, such as:

• EDGE Expert

• GREENSHIP Associate / Professional

• LEED Green Associate / AP

• Other equivalent sustainability certifications

Experience Level

Intern

• Fresh graduates or final-year students (up to 6 months of Green Building experience)

• Strong interest in sustainability and green buildings

Associate

• 6 months to 2 years of Green Building professional experiences

• Experience supporting sustainability consulting or green building certification projects is preferred

Applicants must be based in the Greater Jakarta Area (Jabodetabek)
