Harbourside South is a new mixed-use development located in Port Moresby’s Downtown area and part of the wider Harbourside Precinct alongside Harbourside East and West. Developed by Harbourside Development Limited, a joint venture between Steamships and the Papua New Guinea Sustainable Development Fund, the project will offer panoramic views of Fairfax Harbour and integrate leisure, retail, commercial, and residential spaces, complemented by a safe pedestrian connection linking Champions Parade and Stanley Esplanade via an overhead walkway. Sustainahaus was appointed as the EDGE Auditor during both the design and post-construction stages, reflecting the project’s commitment to environmental sustainability and resource efficiency while supporting its goal to achieve EDGE certification in line with international green building standards.
