As a publicly listed company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Intiland demonstrates its commitment to sustainability by publishing an annual Sustainability Report in accordance with POJK 57/2017 issued by Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK), ensuring transparent disclosure of its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. Since 2021, Sustainahaus has supported Intiland in the development of its Sustainability Report, providing end-to-end sustainability advisory services, including the collection, tracking, and analysis of key building performance metrics such as energy consumption, water use, emissions, and waste generation. This collaboration supports Intiland’s structured, long-term sustainability journey, which begins with regulatory compliance and risk management and progressively strengthens stakeholder value through responsible, resilient business practices. In parallel, Sustainahaus has assisted in updating Intiland’s Design Guidelines to align with international green building certification standards such as EDGE and Greenship, as well as relevant local regulations, ensuring sustainability is consistently embedded across Intiland’s developments.
