Morizono is a landed housing development in Depok that successfully achieved EDGE certification from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), reflecting its commitment to sustainable and resource-efficient residential design. Derived from the Japanese words “mori” (forest) and “zono” (garden), the project embodies a vision of harmonious living between people and nature, offering functional comfort suited for all generations. In November 2023, Morizono attained EDGE Preliminary Certification, demonstrating measurable improvements in energy and water efficiency as well as responsible material use in line with international EDGE standards, and contributing to the advancement of environmentally responsible landed housing in Indonesia.
