Tokopedia Tower, located on Jalan Satrio in South Jakarta’s Central Business District (CBD), is a Grade A office development serving as the headquarters of Tokopedia, one of Indonesia’s leading e-commerce companies, with a total floor area of 90,000 sqm. Complementing this development, Tokopedia Care Tower is a 19-storey office building with a total area of 45,000 sqm situated in West Jakarta’s business district. Sustainahaus was engaged as the EDGE Expert and EDGE Auditor during the post-construction stage, supporting the project’s alignment with EDGE green building certification requirements. As a result, Tokopedia Care Tower has successfully achieved EDGE certification, while Tokopedia Tower is currently progressing through the certification process.
