Ciputra aims to attain EDGE certification for its two office towers

Tokopedia Tower, situated on Jalan Satrio in the South Jakarta Central Business District (CBD), represents a significant development in the area. This Grade A office building serves as the headquarters for Tokopedia, a prominent e-commerce company in Indonesia with a total area of 90,000 sqm. While Tokopedia Care Tower is a 19-story office building with a total area of 45,000 sqm located n in the West Jakarta business district.

The involvement of Sustainahaus as the EDGE Expert and EDGE Auditor during the post-construction stage signifies the project's determination to meet EDGE green building certification standards. Tokopedia Care Tower has achieved its EDGE certificate, while Tokopedia Tower is still in the certification process.
