VTrust Tower in Phnom Penh has successfully achieved EDGE certification, demonstrating compliance with internationally recognised standards for resource-efficient and environmentally responsible design. EDGE, developed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), promotes measurable reductions in energy, water, and embodied energy in materials.

The building earned its EDGE Green Building Certificate on March 2nd, showcasing outstanding performance across key sustainability metrics. VTrust Tower achieved a 24% reduction in energy use, 52% reduction in water consumption, and an impressive 84% reduction in embodied energy in materials, compared to local baseline standards. These achievements highlight the project's strong commitment to sustainability and serve as a model for green office development in Cambodia.
