Sneak a peek into our pilot GREENSHIP Neighborhood project with Bella Febrilia, our GP certified Green Building Consultant, in another one of our Sip & Share session. GREENSHIP Neighborhood certification, just like other GREENSHIP certifications, is developed by GBCI and is differentiated whether the project is certified in the planning stage and built projects. Our furthest project yet! Certified! A serviced apartment project in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, adds another milestone to our growing global footprint. As the EDGE Auditor for this project, Mr. Satrio Prakoso, our Principal Consultant, guided the certification process from start to finish. In addition to being an EDGE Premier Service Provider, Sustainahaus is home to internationally recognized EDGE Auditors, licensed to assess and verify projects around the world. Proud to keep pushing boundaries, one certification at a time, anywhere in the world.

It's been a long time coming. The Morizen, Morizono, and Morizora Clusters welcome their newest certified housing types. Yanagi is the final type to be certified in The Morizen. This project will always hold a special place in our portfolio, the one that started it all. The first of many, where we learned so much and grew even more. Alongside The Morizen, Morizono Cluster Type 6 is now EDGE certified, rounding up the last of the family. Morizora Cluster Type 6 is EDGE Advanced certified. To soon be followed by the rest of the types within the cluster. A milestone worth celebrating as a reminder of how far we've come, and how much more we can do together.
